At K Systems, we have developed high performing EWI solutions to suit every building and construction type. Our systems transform the outside of a property, with durable, low maintenance finishes, including renders, dash and a selection of brick finishes which are extensively tested and certified to deliver reliable results. We offer A1 rated dash and clay brick options for our mineral wool system onto masonry structures, as well as mineral thin coat renders and clay brick options for our Direct Fix system for steel frame structures.
Most high-rise buildings typically require A2-s1,d0 fire rating according to European Classification to BS EN 13501-1. We have a range of A1 systems to exceed the requirements and offer the highest level of fire protection and non-combustibility.

Direct Fix is an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system for steel frame structures, which offers up to four industry leading finish options, including A1 fire rated clay brick slip and thin coat render options.

Mineral Thin Coat Renders
Mineral Thin Coat Renders are cement based, silicone through-coloured renders, which only require mixing with water prior to use. Mineral TC is an A1 fire rated finish when used with mineral wool insulation.
VBriQ+ Clay Brick Slips
VBriQ+ is a quick to install and cost-effective clay brick slip system. VBriQ+ Clay Brick Slips achieve an A1 fire rating when used within the Direct Fix M VBriQ+ EWI system.

K Systems M, which features the use of mineral wool insulation, generates exceptional performance and provides the highest levels of fire resistance and non-combustibility. K Systems M offers clay brick slips and dash as available A1 fire rated finish options.
