Kilwaughter Group Privacy Statement
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Saint-Gobain Group takes your privacy very seriously and has put in place a global privacy policy. The Saint-Gobain Group Privacy Policy governs the use of your data by all Saint-Gobain Group companies and ensures they manage your personal data with appropriate care. This Privacy Statement is supplemental to the Saint-Gobain Group Privacy Policy and sets out details of how, when and why we collect your personal data for processing by or on behalf of Kilwaughter Minerals Limited and Kilwaughter Minerals (Ireland) Limited.
1.2. In our commitment to protecting your privacy, we aim to always comply with General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws. If you are in (i) the UK, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 or (ii) Ireland, the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

In this Privacy Statement the terms ("we", "us", "our") refers to Kilwaughter Group companies and for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, Kilwaughter Minerals Limited and Kilwaughter Minerals (Ireland) Limited are data controllers ("Data Controller") of the data we hold about you. The registered office Kilwaughter Minerals Limited, company number NI001351, is 9 Starbog Road, Kilwaughter, Larne, Northern Ireland, BT40 2TJ and the registered office of Kilwaughter Minerals (Ireland) Limited, company number 131611, is Classis, Ovens, Co. Cork, Ireland.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR
7.1. We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed. The length of time we retain personal information will depend on the purposes for which we collect and use it, or as required to comply with applicable laws, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. We do not retain personal information in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary.
7.2. We may need your personal information to establish, bring or defend legal claims. For example, we will retain your personal information for 7 years in case of any investigation by the tax authorities.
