Project Overview
Bellevue Terrace in Bristol consists of a number of new homes that were built in the desirable Totterdown area of the city. The Aricco System was specified on these new build timber construction houses, ensuring a quick and efficient build. Designed to replicate existing listed buildings in the same area, K Systems worked closely with Elson Homes who were the developer and K Systems-trained Aricco installer of the system to ensure that this was achieved. On this project, Aricco was completed with high performance Silkolitt Silicone Thin Coat render in a range of attractive colours.
