Project Overview
Boxtree Lane is an outstanding new residential development from affordable housing provider, Origin Housing. They were looking for exceptional levels of thermal efficiency and a high quality, low maintenance finish therefore K Systems P Silkolitt was used. As a direct result of the phenolic insulation system, a U-value of 0.12W/m2k has been achieved, creating comfortable all-year round living conditions for residents with minimal use of heating. This project received an INCA project of the year award.
