Homeowners and residential landlords have recently had the opportunity to apply for a Green Homes Grant voucher, to contribute to the costs of installing energy efficient improvements to homes or park homes.
The scheme is closed to new applications and the most recently issued vouchers will expire later this year, but there are still a significant quantity of vouchers waiting to be redeemed for the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) onto homes and park homes.
K Systems can provide external wall insulation systems with 3rd party certification from the BBA and has systems for homes and park homes registered with all major insurance backed guarantee providers currently supporting the grant.
External wall insulation is technically one of the most effective ways to improve the thermal efficiency of an existing building as it places the insulation where it works best – on the outside of the wall. Not only does EWI save energy and reduce heating bills but also gives the opportunity to renew the aesthetics of the property, with a range of traditional and modern finishes available to suit the property and local area.
K Systems is dedicated to providing external wall insulation systems that are robust and reliable, that help reduce home heating bills, reduce our carbon emissions and improve the feeling of warmth we feel in our homes.
K Systems has a wealth of experience and capability to support EWI installers as they work with homeowners to make the most of the Green Homes Grant and help contribute to the wider Net-Zero carbon emissions target of the UK itself.
