Project Overview
The Albion Towers date back to the 1970’s and contain 135 one-and two bedroom apartments. As part of an ambitious investment programme to give the towers and surrounding neighbourhood a modern facelift, the external facades were given a distinctive blue and green makeover using K Systems Mineral Wool EWI System and finished using Silkolitt, a Silicone Thin Coat coloured render, paired with VBriQ+ clay brick slips at ground floor level.
