Project Overview
A key feature of the design is the extensive use of render to complement other contemporary eco-performing materials such as terracotta rainscreens, zinc and timber. K Systems Silkolitt+ Silicone Thin Coat Render was applied to 226 properties, over Kingspan TEK SIPS panel and has contributed considerably to the striking modern appearance of the development, which incorporates slender edge details and ambitious cantilevers. Silkolitt+ is suitable for both new-build projects and re-modelling of existing facades. It’s colour fast, water repellent, highly weather resistant and offer an extensive range of colour options in either rolled or dragged surface textures.
